Fruit Crisp
One 9X 13 pan
Ingredients:
Apples, Peaches, or Fruit of your choice 6 Cups
Cinnamon 1 teaspoon
Nutmeg 1 teaspoon
Sugar (may need to increase quantity based on fruit used) 1/3 Cup
Salt Pinch
Water ½ cup
Lemon Juice 2 T
Crumb ingredients
Rolled Oats 5 oz
Brown Sugar ½ pound
All Purpose flour 5 oz
Baking Soda ½ teaspoons
Baking Powder ½ teaspoons
Salt Pinch
Margarine ¼ #
Procedure:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine first 7 ingredients and
place in bottom of a 9 X 13 pan. Into mixing bowl, measure out all topping
ingredients and combine creating a course crumbly texture. Sprinkle topping
over fruit in pan. Bake at 350°F for 25 to 35 minutes or until golden
brown on top.
Serve with whipped topping or vanilla ice cream.
