Hawaiian Luau Cake
Ingredients: 9x13 cake pan
Yellow cake mix: 1 package
Crushed Pineapple, drained:1 can
Cream Cheese: 8 oz.
Instant Vanilla Pudding: 1 large package
Milk: 5 cups
Cool whip: 1 small pkg. (8 oz?)
Toasted Coconut: ½ cup
Slivered Almonds: ¼ cup
Maraschino Cherries: for decorations
Procedure:
Mix and bake cake according to package directions in 9x13 pan. Mix pudding with
milk. Beat cream cheese until fluffy, mix with pudding. Spread on cooled cake.
Sprinkle with drained pineapple. Spread cool whip over this. Sprinkle with coconut
and almonds. Decorate with maraschino cherries.
