Mountain Top Baked Beans

Ingredients:
Baked Beans, canned 1 large can or 3 small cans
Bacon, diced 3 strips
Red Onions, diced 1 small
Scallions, sliced 3 each
Ketchup ¼ cup
BBQ Sauce ¼ cup
Dijon Mustard 1-2 T
Procedure:
Method 1-Sauté Bacon, Onions, & Scallions until Bacon is just crisp,
add Beans, Ketchup, BBQ Sauce, Dijon Mustard and simmer for 25 minutes.
Method 2-combine all ingredients in an appropriate size pans cover and bake
for 1 hour, uncover and continue baking 20 minutes more.
