Do Alumni get an e-mail address?
All alumni have access to our e-mail forwarding feature. You can have mail sent to a BYU address forwarded to your personal e-mail account. Here is a link to the page to set up your lifetime e-mail forwarding. If you follow the prompts you should be able to setup an account. If you have any questions you can contact us at (801) 422-4000.

I forgot my password. What do I need to do to change it?
For security reasons, password changes must be made over the phone. If you call (801) 422-4000, we can reset the password for you. If, for some reason, you cannot call us. Please e-mail us at it@byu.edu and explain the problem, and we will be happy to call you.

I need to find a friend. Where should I start?
For BYU Alumni (this include BYUI and BYUH), there are generally two ways to search for somebody. You can either use the online directory or you can call Alumni Records at: (801) 422-6740.

I need to find a friend but I am not a BYU alum. What can I do?
Unfortunately, for privacy reasons, we cannot give you any contact information for BYU Alumni. However, you can give us your contact information and we will pass it on to your friend. They can then contact you if they desire. To do this, please contact Alumni Records at: (801) 422-6740.
