Amanda Cox

Executive Secretary, BYU Alumni Association Board

Amanda Cox joins the Alumni Team as the Alumni Relations Manager and Alumni Board Executive Secretary. She is a BYU Alum (’96) and was born and raised in South Carolina. Most of her career has been in Independent Schools and teaching as an adjunct at colleges in the Carolinas. She has chaired the BYU Alumni Association Charlotte, NC Chapter for the past 3 years, 2 of them with her husband Matt (’96). They just celebrated their 30th anniversary in July. They have three children; two sons and a daughter: Elliott, Jasmine and their daughter Aria live in Buena Vista, Virginia; Alex and Gracie live in Columbia, South Carolina; and Chacey lives in South Orange, New Jersey. Amanda loves traveling, spending time on the lake, and watching golf.
