Free for grads; $15 for guests

We want to celebrate and welcome you to BYU’s alumni family. Join the fun at Grad Bash 2025, a FREE event for all BYU grads.

Registration Deadline

The deadline to register is April 4th.

Tickets are free for graduates. Graduates may purchase for guests ($15 per ticket.) Children three and younger are free. Guest tickets will not be available at the door.

If you cannot attend Grad Bash, you may pick up your grad T-shirt and alumni pin April 14-16 between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. at the Gordon B. Hinckley Alumni & Visitors Center.

FAQs

  • Follow this link if you are a BYU student and would like to volunteer to help at Grad Bash. All volunteers get a free t-shirt and food!

  • The deadline to request a refund for guest tickets is April 4th. To submit a refund request, email alumni_experience@byu.edu with the information below. Refunds will be processed after the event.

    1. Full Name
    2. BYU Net ID
    3. Number of tickets to be refunded

  • Graduates can get tickets the day-of the event. However, if they choose to wait till this point, they may not be able to get food and may not be able to bring guests.

  • You can wear casual attire. BYU clothing is encouraged!

  • Yes, you can bring your kids. Children 3 and under are free.

  • Attendees can park in the west stadium lot and the southeast lot. (Event lots are highlighted in blue)

  • 6:00 pm–9:45 pm

    Welcome and Check In
    at the LaVell Edwards Stadium

    • Check-in ends at 8:30 pm
    • Grads receive their exclusive 2024 grad T-shirt, Alumni lapel pin, and swag bag
    • College Booths
    • Food by BYU Concessions
    • BYU department booths
    • Grad Passport to enter prize giveaways*
    • Activities

    Starting at 10:00 pm

    • Drone Show

    *Prize winners will be notified the following week.

  • To be entered to win, complete your Grad Passport at the event. Only current BYU Students who are graduating can participate. We'll be selecting and announcing prize winners on the Monday following Grad Bash.

  • No worries! You can pick up your exclusive t-shirt and alumni pin from the receptionists located on the south side of the second floor of the Hinckley Center from April 14-16.

  • If you want to bring a guest, they may still come but will not be able to have any of the concessions. Any additional guests will be charged a $10 entry fee.
