  How do I volunteer for Grad Bash?

  Follow this link if you are a BYU student and would like to volunteer to help at Grad Bash. All volunteers get a free t-shirt and food!

  How do I get a refund?

  The deadline to request a refund for guest tickets is April 4th. To submit a refund request, email alumni_experience@byu.edu with the information below. Refunds will be processed after the event.

  Can I get tickets the day of the event?

  Graduates can get tickets the day-of the event. However, if they choose to wait till this point, they may not be able to get food and may not be able to bring guests.

  What should I wear to the event?

  You can wear casual attire. BYU clothing is encouraged!

  Can I bring my kids, and do I need to purchase tickets for them?

  Yes, you can bring your kids. Children 3 and under are free.

  Where can I park?

  Attendees can park in the west stadium lot and the southeast lot. (Event lots are highlighted in blue)

  What is the schedule of events?

  6:00 pm–9:45 pm

  Welcome and Check In
  at the LaVell Edwards Stadium

  • Check-in ends at 8:30 pm
  • Grads receive their exclusive 2024 grad T-shirt, Alumni lapel pin, and swag bag
  • College Booths
  • Food by BYU Concessions
  • BYU department booths
  • Grad Passport to enter prize giveaways*
  • Activities

  Starting at 10:00 pm

  • Drone Show

  *Prize winners will be notified the following week.

  What is the prize policy?

  To be entered to win, complete your Grad Passport at the event. Only current BYU Students who are graduating can participate. We'll be selecting and announcing prize winners on the Monday following Grad Bash.

  Can't make it to Grad Bash but still want an exclusive t-shirt?

  No worries! You can pick up your exclusive t-shirt and alumni pin from the receptionists located on the south side of the second floor of the Hinckley Center from April 14-16.

  Can I bring a guest after registration is closed?

  If you want to bring a guest, they may still come but will not be able to have any of the concessions. Any additional guests will be charged a $10 entry fee.
