Ruth Todd

Although born in Phoenix, Arizona, Ruth Todd (BA ’83) is well known in Utah for her years as an award-winning news anchor in the Utah television market.

Her broadcasting experience started while studying Communications at BYU, working for KBYU-TV. She subsequently worked as a reporter and anchor at KTVK in Phoenix as well as at the ABC and CBS stations in Washington, D.C.

She’s been an official spokesperson of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, a board member of the BYU College of Fine Arts and Communications, and is currently Vice President of Public Affairs at Nu Skin Enterprises. Her charitable involvement includes the March of Dimes, the Easter Seals, United Way, Primary Childrens Hospital, the American Heart Association, and the American Cancer Society, among others.

She and her husband, Salt Lake attorney Bryan Todd, are the parents of five children.
