How to get student lists from BYU-Idaho and BYU-Hawaii?
Log in to Alumni3.byu.edu.
Under the Student Section there are three options; New Students lists, Current Students List, Email to Students from Chapter. Click on Email to Students from Chapter.
On the next screen, click on “Submit a new mailing for approval” On the next screen, ensure that you have chosen to send your email to the right student audience, whether current or new students.
Fill in the email approval form and click submit for approval.
How to get student lists from BYU-Idaho and BYU-Hawaii?
Call or email BYU Alumni 4-6 weeks before the event and they will ship a small bag of swag (fight song cards and pencils) More information can be found here
