- Boost advertising on social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
- Use creative and eye-catching graphics and visuals to promote the event.
- Engage with attendees and potential attendees on social media by answering questions and providing updates.
- Encourage attendees to invite their friends and family.
- Consider offering incentives for attendees who share information about the event on their social media pages.
Local advertising:
- Distribute information to the stakes in the region.
- Make sure posters and fliers are by the entrances in each meetinghouse and on bulletin boards.
- Jointly advertise with a group/organization where the event will be held. Offer 20-25 complimentary tickets for the partner group/organization.
- Reach out to all middle school and high school choir directors.
- Leverage personal and professional networks to spread the word.
- Consider reaching out to local news outlets and bloggers to cover the event.
Email marketing:
- Request emails from the Alumni Office.
- Send an email blast to the chapter email list from attendees of past events (optional).
