Monthly Checkpoints
- January 31st:
- Year End Reports Due
- February:
- Send out emails reminding students to apply for Replenishment Grants
- March:
- New students admitted, start planning student send-offs
- April:
- Replenishment Grant Applications received, all chapters who provide replenishment grants will be given applications and instructions for the giving cycle
- May:
- Replenishment Grant names due to BYU office
- July:
- Registration opens for Fall Chapter Leadership Conference.
- Tell BYU Alumni office if you will be awarding Replenishment Grants for the next cycle
- September:
- Fall Chapter Leadership Conference & Student Gatherings
- October:
- Homecoming
