On behalf of the BYU Alumni Association, we congratulate you for being selected as a 2025 University Award recipient. We applaud your outstanding accomplishments and commend you for your service and influence to your profession and community.
A dinner honoring all award recipients will be held on Friday, May 23, at the Brigham Young University campus in Provo, Utah. You will receive your award and be acknowledged by university administration, the Alumni Association, colleagues, friends, and family members.
If needed, we are happy to provide travel and lodging accommodations for you and your primary guest.
During your time with us, we would like to conduct a video interview about your BYU story, career, and service. This video will be shared on various BYU platforms to inspire students and the BYU community.
What We Need From You
Please complete the following forms by the given deadlines.
In addition to your primary guest, you will receive 10 complimentary dinner registrations. After we receive your completed Contact Information Form, we will send you printed announcements with complimentary award dinner invitations that you may share with family, friends, and colleagues. We will also send you digital versions for you to send to guests by email.
